Staff was always supportive and willing to help with any kind of request or information. I had a problem with my shower at 7:30 am and I called the front desk. In less than five minutes, a person was there to fix it. Also, they put me in a room on the last floor with a balcony and a great view from Santa Fe and the city, that was amazing! Although breakfast was paid separately, they had several options that were delicious. WiFi also worked all the time without having to reconnect or login every time. Internet speed was also good, about 50 Mb/s.

Nice location, clean room and facilities , courteous and intelligent staff , most helpful Leonel and Clara the best Concierges I have ever met, sumptuous American Breakfast perfectly made and the great Mexican and Italian dishes. Above all the great view from sitting area and the Balcony. The washing machine is so helpful for the 15 day stay. The coffee machine is awesome giving best coffee for great beginning of the day.
